Bookkeeper - Temporary for 9 months

Responsibilities:

·       Record reimbursement of employee’s travel and expenses reports and AP invoices

·       Handling all Credit Card related issued

·       Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings

·       Working closely with Procurement Manager for opening Purchase Orders.

·       Reconciliation of BS accounts and preparation of WP (including but not limited to: CC, banking, vendors, accrued expenses etc.

·       Working as a team with additional bookkeeper and assist with other bookkeeping responsibilities (for example: payments to suppliers, VAT returns, etc)

·       Preparation of material for audits

Requirements

Requirements:

·       Bookkeeping type 2

·       Experience as a Bookkeeper in the global High-Tech company – advantage

·       Experience working with NetSuite – advantage

·       Experience working with abroad - advantage

·       Excellent Microsoft office skills especially excel - must

·       High level of English

·       Highly organized and reliable with high attention to detail

·       Excellent communication and organizational skills

·       Team player and service-oriented
