Responsibilities

• Own logistics and supply chain processes in NetSuite - inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and returns - for a hardware-based environment.

• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into NetSuite configurations, workflows, and reports.

• Lead logistics initiatives end-to-end: requirements, design, testing, deployment, training, and adoption.

• Support serialized/lot-controlled inventory, traceability, RMA/repair flows, and multi-location/3PL operations.

• Build dashboards and saved searches for inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and logistics KPIs.

• Support integrations between NetSuite and PLM, Salesforce, 3PL/WMS, and carrier systems.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years implementing or supporting NetSuite for inventory, order management, fulfillment, and returns.
  • Experience in a hardware-based, inventory-intensive industry (electronics, telecom, medical devices, or similar).
  • Practical knowledge of serialized/lot inventory,production orders, multi-location operations, 3PL management, and reverse logistics.
  • Experience leading system implementation projects (requirements → design → UAT → go-live).
  • SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, or SuiteScript — an advantage.
  • Experience with APIs, PLM/Salesforce integrations, or WMS platforms — an advantage
  • Familiarity with SQL or scripting, and with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for process/data improvement - an advantage

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business and technical teams.
  • Independent, hands-on, and a strong team player.


Nice to Have / Advantage

  • NetSuite, APICS/ASCM, or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and international freight partners.
