Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts simply and clearly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of networking technology (switching, routing) – advantage
- Familiarity with MadCap Flare – advantage
- Experience with writing API documentation - advantage
