DriveNets is a fast-growing startup in the service providers networking space. We are disrupting the network model that has been in place for decades, building cloud-native software-based networks running on white boxes. We’re looking for a Marcom Operations Specialist to join our marketing team. This is an opportunity to join an exceptional team at an early stage where each of us makes a huge difference.

 

Responsibilities

·      Support social media strategy including publishing posts that support the content plan, competitive research, benchmarking messaging and audience identification

·      Continuously improve social media engagement by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, overall performance, insights and best practices

·      Hands on management and optimization of our marketing automation infrastructure

·      Implement lead scoring practices and nurturing to enable higher conversion of quality leads

·      Manage awards submissions including writing applications with in-house stakeholders, submissions and logistics.

·      Drive lead generation, consolidation and manage the marketing database for greater campaign effectiveness

·      Drive all marketing analytics, track and analyze results, identify opportunities for improvement and growth

·      Carry out Internet research on the industry and identify threats and opportunities

·      Act as a liaison with all relevant marketing-related sub-contractor companies & individuals. including obtaining quotes, following up on collateral printing, distribution process, giveaway sourcing and misc. project requests

·      Collaborate with marketing team for ongoing tasks and general help with admin issues

·      Update the project management tool (Monday.com), including entering tasks into the system, assigning projects and following up with task owners

·      Compile monthly reports for management showing results of marketing efforts

  • 3-5 years experience

 

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong English skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage budget and expenses
  • Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advantage - Experience working with a project management tool (e.g. Monday.com)
  • Advantage - familiar with a marketing automation tool (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot)
  • Advantage - familiar with a CMS (e.g. WordPress)
