About the Role  

We are looking for an Organizational Development & Learning Specialist to join our global OD&L team. 

As a OD&L Specialist, you will be responsible to drive various Organizational Development programs and initiatives, work closely with the various teams across DriveNets to roll out departments’ programs as well as cross-company learning initiatives, to increase knowledge and skills and drive their professional development. 

You will need to identify learning needs and accommodate both macro and micro level learnings, organize and monitor external training.

Key Areas of Responsibility 

  • Work with managers to identify and assess teams’ soft skills gaps and build relevant learning solutions to address them 
  • Develop workshops and learning solutions for team members 
  • Implement global development programs across the company 
  • Identify and manage learning vendors to run learning plans 
  • Monitor, measure and assess the learning programs and activities 
  • Work as part of the OD&L team to drive a learning culture and adopt best practices across the organization 
  • Constantly study, update and apply Learning market trends and best practice 


Key Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in Training / OD / Consulting/ HRBP, in a global company – required 
  • Relevant BA – Must; master's degree - preferred 
  • Ability & willingness to work in a fast pace, changing environment. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with people skills workshop facilitations - preferred  
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  
  • Project management skills, setting and meeting goals, while engaging your partners 
  • Proactive and “can do” approach  
  • English at a very good level: Conversation / Reading / Writing
