 DriveNets is seeking a VP of Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) to lead, direct, and oversee our SCM activities. In this capacity, the VP of SCM will be responsible for building supply chain strategies and leading our planning, procurement, Hardware manufacturing, NPI, logistics, and facilities initiatives.

This position will report to the CFO.

VP of SCM roles and responsibilities:

  • Define and implement SCM strategy, structure, and processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day supply chain and manufacturing-related processes, managing Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, NPI, Delivery, Logistics, and facilities.
  • Align day-to-day operations activities with commercial priorities.
  • Monitor performance to identify efficiency issues and implement solutions proactively.
  • Execute continuous improvement strategies, systems, tools, and techniques to deliver sustainable cost reductions across the entire value chain.
  • Creating and implementing a successful vision for planning, budgeting, and executing programs and processes against well-defined goals and KPIs.
  • Building, scaling and operating DriveNets production through management of Contract Manufacturers / TK suppliers and key supply chain processes.
  • Responsible for the management of COGS spend and associated productivity platforms and programs.
  • Establish delivery processes, set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure department logistics objectives and operational requirements are met.
  • Maintain close working relationships with the Product, Engineering, Sales and support groups, to provide the product and services required.


Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant Business-oriented stream (Industrial engineering, a plus)
  • A minimum of 8 years' demonstrable experience as a VP Operations in a manufacturing and/or high-scale high-tech industrial company
  • Vast Experience in ramping up contract manufacturing partners, from NPI to full production phase.
  • Multi-team management experience
  • Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
  • Strong business orientation with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
  • Strategic thinking, honesty, and ethics in business dealings
  • Unmatched budgeting, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Top-notch supervisory and conflict resolution skills
