The Role 

DriveNets is seeking a Sales Engineer located in the Greater Paris area to work directly with the Europe sales leaders to support the sale of DriveNet's products and solutions to Tier 1 Service Providers that are based in France. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the customer trusted technology advisor with thorough understanding of the technical fundamentals aligned to technology areas and industry standards. Covering use cases, architectures blueprints and an ability to define and articulate how our technology can be used to tackle customers business challenges.
  • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations and proofs of concept utilizing various delivery media.
  • Work with Sales team to develop and implement account specific penetration strategies, produce account specific product and service and sales plans.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders like engineering, product management and marketing to share best practices and updates, offer and seek expertise.

Requirements

Requirements:

·      5+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting or direct customer interfacing/engagement role with a deep understanding of industry standard methodologies related to Service Providers.

  • Strong client facing skills (oral, written and presentation) with ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge in IP/MPLS networks, especially Core and Edge.
  • Proficiency in Routing standards and technologies including OSPF, ISIS, BGP and MPLS.
  • Knowledge of software application platforms, virtualization, and cloud computing.
  • Technical Certifications like Cisco and Juniper and equivalent or hands-on experience.
