Position Overview

Devtest Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our Network Cloud management solution which also faction as Operations Support System.

You’ll work in complex virtual and physical environments, performing both manual and automated tests to validate our technology's robustness.

Key Responsibilities

Leading, planning, monitoring and release the product according to the agreed timelines/milestones and in carrier grade quality!

Conduct manual/automated testing across complex virtual and physical environments

Develop, design, and execute test plans and automated tests

Identify, document, and track issues, validate they’re resolved on time

Requirements

Leadership – more than 4 years experience of leading teams – Must (leading groups – advantage)

Distributed Solutions Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud or distributed systems and high-level debugging skills

Proficiency in databases, web-based and management systems testing

Linux Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Linux, with testing experience

Scripting Skills: Experience with Bash or Python

Containerization: Familiarity with Docker

Network Basics: Knowledge of IP/ARP/MAC/DHCP/VLAN/ICMP protocols

Expertise in testing methodologies (e.g., STP, STD, STR) and hands-on experience with testing tools
