Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to support our office operations in Ra’anana.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk of the management floor – this position require sitting at the reception
  • Meet & greet guests.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day office operations - office maintenance, facilities, logistics, etc.
  • Serve as point of contact to employees with their administrative needs to assure excellent employee experience.
  • Support various office operations activities.
  • Partner with the HR team and support various HR related activities.

Requirements

  • A people person! Fun, with a positive attitude, pleasant, patient, service-oriented, and the person everyone is happy to see once they set foot in the office.
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to details as well as seeing the big picture.
  • High command of English- both written and oral- a must.
  • Good command of Excel – a major advantage.
  • Collaborative mindset and a true team player.
  • Some working experience in an administrative role is an advantage. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- a major advantage
  • Available for a full-time, on-site position.
