THE ROLE
DriveNets is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Network Operations Automation to be a key member of our Product Management team to work on features that can streamline network deployment, monitoring, trouble shooting, etc for our hyperscaler, cloud providers and service provider customer networks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a Consulting Network expert focused on network OPS automation.
· Design and showcase new or more advanced designs for our Network Cloud Product that can streamline the operations automation for our Hyperscaler and SP customers.
· Design, build and implement fully automated networks from deployment to full life cycle management
· Work closely with development teams to build tools to facilitate network automation
· Knowledge in AI-OPS for large scale networks
· Present product roadmap, technology solutions for open networking requirements in customer networks
· Demonstrate proof of concept to the customer
· Effectively work with the sales teams and other groups within Drivenets as needed.
· Travel as needed
· 5-7 years’ experience working on large scale hyperscaler networks in the areas of operations automation.
· Deep understanding of deployment flows, monitoring schemes, troubleshooting and auto recovery capabilities
· Basics of virtualization platforms such as ESXi, VMware, KVM, EVE-NG, GNS3
· Basics of cloud technologies and solution offering from AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
· Basics of network change management, incident management, fault isolation and root cause analysis such as SolarWinds, CA-Spectrum
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS (1 minimum needed)
· CCNP-RS / JNCIP-ENT or equivalent hands-on experience
· CCNP-SP / JNCIP-SP or equivalent hands-on experience
· CCIE-RS(ENT) / JNCIE-ENT or equivalent hands-on experience
· CCIE-SP / JNCIE-SP or equivalent hands-on experience
· ITILv3 F: Information Technology Infrastructure Library V3
EDUCATION (1 minimum needed)
· Masters/Bachelor of Engineering
· Diploma in Computer Engineering
