DriveNets is looking for an Analyst specializing in inventory management, COGS analysis, and financial performance evaluation. This role will focus, among other things, on supporting our Operations and manufacturing activities, optimizing inventory processes, analyzing COGS, support pricing models and ensuring that business transactions are financially sound and profitable.


You will be responsible for:

  • Operations, supply chain, Inventory & COGS Analysis: Lead the analysis of all the business workflows that are in conjunction with building, shipping, delivering, managing, and supporting our products, ensuring accurate pricing, cost management, and profitability.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning with a focus on inventory management and COGS optimization.
  • Business Partnering: Provide financial guidance to business units, translating supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, inventory and COGS data, into strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis on supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, COGS and inventory performance, monitor key financial metrics, and deliver insights to improve overall profitability.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare high-impact reports for leadership, providing insights on supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, COGS, and financial forecasts.
  • Process Improvement: Work to streamline FP&A processes related to supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, inventory and COGS, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting efficiency.


Requirements

For this mission, you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in inventory management and COGS analysis, with expertise in optimizing these areas in a high-growth environment.
  • BA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with expertise in Excel and experience with inventory-related workflows and systems and financial analysis tools (NetSuite, BI tools a plus).
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills, able to influence decision-making and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Independent, self-starter, adaptable, curious, and eager to drive continuous improvement in inventory and cost processes.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
