Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT Support and IT Operations teams. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient functioning of both teams, maintain system reliability, and provide excellent support services. You will also play a key role in IT strategy, system improvements, and team leadership to drive technological innovation and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of availability, security, and scalability.
- Lead the global IT Support team in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing exceptional technical support to end-users.
- Collaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business goals.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize IT operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare reports and present performance updates to senior management.
- Familiar with cloud environments (AWS, Azure), including finops skills
