We seek a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Delivery Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our AI networking solutions for large-scale data center fabric environments.

The Role

As a Solutions Delivery Engineer - AI Networking and High-Performance Computing, you will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and supporting our state-of-the-art AI GPU cluster solutions, focused on high-scale data center fabric for cloud-native workloads and low-latency applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive network infrastructure solutions tailored to our client's unique needs. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and passion for technology will be essential as you address complex challenges and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities 

Solution Design and Implementation: 

  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and design custom AI networking solutions, focusing on high-performance computing and GPU clusters. 
  • Develop network architecture and deployment strategies for high-speed and scalable data center fabrics to support cloud-native workloads and low-latency applications. 

AI Networking Expertise: 

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies relevant to AI workloads, such as RDMA, RoCE, InfiniBand, VXLAN, EVPN, and others. 
  • Working knowledge in flow control methods for Lossless fabric such as ECN, PFC, EQDS, and others. 
  • Analyze and optimize network performance to ensure low-latency and high-throughput capabilities critical for AI applications. 

Cloud-Native Solutions: 

  • Analyze customer data and utilize AI technology to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Manage and track project progress and deadlines. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud-native networking, microservices, container orchestration platforms, etc. 

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: 

  • Provide hands-on customer support during the deployment phase and address any technical issues that arise promptly and effectively. 
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical problems and implement solutions. 

Documentation and Training: 

  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for deployed solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting guidelines. 
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to the new solutions. 

 

Requirements


  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Minimum of 5 years of network engineering experience, focusing on AI networking, high-performance computing, and large-scale data center fabric solutions. 
  • Strong networking protocols and technologies knowledge, including Layer 1/2/3 switching and routing, ARP, BGP, ISIS, LACP, etc. 
  • Experience in deploying and optimizing high-performance computing clusters, AI GPU clusters, and cloud-native workloads. 
  • Expertise in Linux administration and network virtualization concepts. 
  • Networking and Linux Certifications such as CCNA/CCIE, JNCIE, RHCE 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. 

 This position will require at least 20% travel.
