The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, transforming complex networking and cloud concepts into intuitive, user-centric experiences. From research and wireframing to interactive prototyping and final UI, you’ll craft compelling designs that balance user needs with business goals. You will work closely with the Lead Product Designer and cross-functional teams to shape the future of network cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, usability, and visual excellence.
Responsibilities
· Lead the design of new features from concept to final execution.
· Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive experiences.
· Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
· Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
· Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and usability.
· Present design concepts and gather feedback for iteration.
· 5+ years of experience designing complex, data-rich applications.
· Expertise in Figma, Jira, and other industry-standard tools.
· Strong grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
· Ability to translate technical constraints into elegant solutions.
· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
· Experience working with and evolving design systems.
· Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.
Education And/or Relevant Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field is required. Equivalent professional experience with a strong design portfolio may also be considered. Advanced certifications or coursework in interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or design systems are a plus. Experience working on complex, data-driven applications and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams will be highly valued.
