Description

We are looking for a talented, reliable and enthusiastic Controller to join the team and contribute to keeping the accounting and financial processes of the company up to standard, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and controls according to US GAAP. As a Subsidiaries Controller you will oversee the company’s financial records, manage the day to day operational activity, will be in charge on performing financial reports, optimizing financial processes and controls, support statutory reports related to the subsidiaries and other ad hock projects required in the finance team.

What will you do?

  • Integral contributor in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures related to the subsidiaries
  • Manage subsidiaries month-end close processes
  • Compliance with local law in the relevant jurisdictions including preparation of annual statutory financial statements, tax returns, and other reports
  • Transfer pricing quarterly and yearly calculations
  • Support the establishment of new entities
  • Control the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities, verify correctness and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing
  • Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices
  • Track subsidiaries expenses, prepare P&L analysis and assist with other projects as needed

Requirements

  • CPA from one of the Big 4
  • 3+ years of experience as assistant controller or other similar position for a hi-tech company
  • Experience NetSuite – advantage
  • Requires enthusiasm, team communications, service- oriented, hard work and follow‐through
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills – a must
  • Solid knowledge of USGAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and applicable regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency English (spoken and written) – a must
