The Role

As our Vice President of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in scaling our network cloud solution as well as providing strategy for new technologies, features etc. Working cross functionally with stake holders you will lead a global team of highly experienced product managers responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing market and customer demands while ensuring customer expectations, delivery plans, business and revenue goals are met.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Director or VP of Product Management within a networking technology company focused on providing software or hardware or both to customers such as Hyperscalers, large scale service providers and/or cable operators.
  • 10+ years of experience serving in Principal or senior level Product Management roles
  • Hands on experience writing technical product/specification requirements and collaborating with engineering to build a delivery plan with clear priority and business goals.
  • Technical expertise in Data Center Networking, Telco SP, Cloud SP or high-end enterprise network design (e.g. MPLS-TE, SR, L2/L3VPN and its application on top of SoC systems).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • General understanding of bare metal, virtualized (VMware/others), and containerized/Kubernetes environments; understanding of cloud-native architectures and cloud-native applications infrastructure requirements
  • Strong experience in collaborating with sales teams to build strategy and roadmap for customer deliverables
  • Customer and operational background with in-depth knowledge of designing, building and maintaining live production networks

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS (1 minimum needed)

· CCNP-RS / JNCIP-ENT or equivalent hands-on experience

· CCNP-SP / JNCIP-SP or equivalent hands-on experience

· CCIE-RS(ENT) / JNCIE-ENT or equivalent hands-on experience

· CCIE-SP / JNCIE-SP or equivalent hands-on experience

· ITILv3 F: Information Technology Infrastructure Library V3

EDUCATION (1 minimum needed)

· Masters/Bachelor of Engineering

· Diploma in Computer Engineering
